How do I register my child?
You can register online HERE and pay with a credit card, or you can register with a paper form with cash/check. All payments are due by the registration deadline that is set for each season. Your registration is not completed until payment is received in the Crossroads office. NO REFUNDS after the registration is complete.

What does Crossroads Soccer Association offer for soccer?
Recreational soccer plays two seasons per year and incorporates player ages 3 -18. Players register for each season individually.
Our High School League is for players that want to play with friends from their high school versus other local high schools.
Fall Season: The fall season usually begins September and runs through the middle of October.
Spring Season: The spring season usually begins in mid February and ends in the beginning of April.
*Fall season is 6 weeks long, and Spring season is 6 weeks long
Crossroads Soccer offers a summer middle school and high school season: The summer league is a school-based league that offers a setting to keep kids active and engaged with the sport during the break from school. This low-stakes, fun setting allows players to participate with their school teams in a less competitive atmosphere while practicing and honing their skills.

What about practice locations, frequency, and times?
Crossroads Soccer utilizes numerous parks with soccer goals and most teams practice at O'Hearn Matthews Soccer Complex or utilize their school's campuses. All space at O'Hearn Matthews can be used. Recreational teams can practice once or twice per week but are encouraged to limit that practice to 60 minutes.
What do I need for my child to play?
1. Shin Guards: They are mandatory and must be worn underneath the socks. The socks must cover the shin guard completely.
2. Appropriate footwear: Soccer cleats.
3. Soccer Ball: All players are encouraged to bring a size 3, 4, or 5 soccer ball depending on age, and a labeled water bottle. (4U - 8U size 3 ball / 9U - 12U size 4 ball / 13U up size 5 ball)
NOT Permitted:
- Your child may NOT wear earrings or any jewelry during the game. This includes "starter earrings".
- Baseball and Football cleats are NOT permitted
- Uniforms that are NOT Crossroads Soccer uniforms purchased at Third Coast Soccer
Do I need a uniform for my child?
Yes. The required Crossroads Soccer uniform can be purchased at Third Coast Soccer. If you have any questions, please call them at 337-534-0281. The uniform will consist of (1) blue jersey and (1) white jersey for about $38. Short (black or blue) and sock color is determined by coach/team.
When will I hear from my coach?
After the registration period is over, rosters will be formed. Once rosters are completed the coaches who volunteered in the registration will be given a date for a coaches meeting. The coach will receive his/her roster on this date. The coaches are instructed to begin calling parents soon after. (Usually, a week or two before the start of the season)
*Coaches are volunteer parents, friends, and family. Please consider coaching your child and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
Game Schedules?
Schedules are created after the rosters are formed. Schedules are usually posted to your account about 2 weeks before the start of your first game.
It Rained! What happens to my game?
All games not played on the scheduled date due to rain will be moved by Crossroads staff to a new date and time. All games will be made up if canceled due to rain. (Rainouts are not reschedule requests)
How will I know if the fields are closed for practice/games?
Crossroads Soccer will notify all members through email about park closures and game cancellations. All social media will be updated with the park status. The call on fields is usually made around 3pm.
