Ian Ragsdale
President | Total Soccer Academy Director
Ian is entering his first year as CSA President and his third year as the director of our Total Soccer Academy.
Ian's leadership role has come full circle: Ian was a player in 1994 when CSA was founded and has since served the club in many volunteer and professional capacities through the years before taking over as President.
In addition to working full-time at CSA, Ian is the head girls' soccer coach at Holy Savior Menard as well as a staff coach for Cajun Rush AEX.
Jeremy Poklemba

Jeremy has been involved with CSA since 2011, assuming a number of roles along the way, from volunteer coach to director of coaching to director of operations. Presently, he is the the club registrar and general manager of CSA's elite amateur/semi-pro men's and women's teams (PBFC & PGFC).
Jeremy is also the Director of Coaching for our "Classic" program, Cajun Rush AEX (an affiliate of Cajun Rush based in Lafayette). This is our highest level of programming for players ages 10-19.
